Abu Dhabi allows fully vaccinated tourists without quarantine

All vaccinated tourists can now visit Abu Dhabi without spending time under quarantine. These rules will apply from September 5 and the news was shared by the Abu Dhabi government media office on Twitter. Take a look at the tweet below.

However, travellers are still required to present a negative PCR test on arrival and should take follow up test on day 6. Tourists arriving from outside of the green list destination are required to take PCR tests on days 4 and 8 but don’t have to quarantine. People who have not been vaccinated are required to quarantine for 10 days and take a PCR test on day 9.

This exception has been made for Indians as per the tweet from the Indian embassy in Saudi Arabia.

“Vaccinated individuals who received their second dose of Sinopharm vaccine more than six months ago must receive a booster dose to enhance their immunity,” said the Abu Dhabi media office.
