After India battled the second wave of COVID-19, lockdown is being lifted across many states. Himachal Pradesh opened its borders to tourists and people have started to visit hill stations including Shimla, Manali, Mussorie and others.

Recently, pictures from the crowded streets of Manali have surfaced and people are concerned. The tourist footfall has increased as e-Covid pass and a negative RTPCR is not mandatory to enter the state.
